About us
Message from our Founder
Hi, I’m Rosie
Since becoming a behavior technician in 2015, I’ve seen the good and bad of ABA services. I’ve witnessed lack of supervision, ethics violations, and private equity companies dismantling reputable agencies; sacrificing quality care for more billable hours.
I’ve also seen how ABA creates more fulfilling lives.
I‘m passionate about this work because I want to help people. Building meaningful relationships and supporting our community will always be my top priority.
After years of parents and colleagues asking, “When are you starting your own company?” I’ve decided to take everything I’ve learned and continue to learn, and create the best ABA company on Cape Cod.

Our Principles
-
Rosie Behavior, LLC is dedicated to providing compassionate, neurodiversity-affirming Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children and families on Upper Cape Cod.
Rooted in community, accessibility, and connection, we focus on the whole child by partnering with caregivers to foster autonomy, growth, and joy across home and community settings.
-
Our vision is that children of all neurotypes and their families on Cape Cod have access to compassionate and affirming support that nurtures growth, celebrates neurodiversity, and empowers individuals to lead joyful, meaningful, and self-directed lives.
Children aren’t asked to change who they are, but supported to blossom into who they’ve always been.
-
Rosie Behavior LLC is committed to providing an environment that is free of discrimination for all.
Rosie Behavior does not discriminate in enrollment of service opportunities due to race (including natural or protective hairstyles consisting of hair texture, hair type, and hairstyles which include braids, locs, twists, Bantu knots, and other formations), color, religion, national origin, ancestry, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, genetic information, age, physical or mental disability, or any other protected class under federal, state, or local law.
Thank you for learning about us. ABA is built on trust. We want you to know exactly who you will be working with.
